As a marketing specialist at Sparck Technologies, my role involved a broad scope of responsibilities, including creating and editing content for marketing campaigns, managing and executing Sparck's first Lead Nurture campaign, and ensuring effective brand representation across multiple channels. I assisted in the development and execution of content for Sparck's marketing campaigns. I identified opportunities to strengthen its industry reputation and improve lead conversion. I collaborated with internal teams and external agencies to amplify brand awareness and streamline marketing communication.
As the Marketing Communication Manager at Vanderlande North America, I provided marketing support for the APS (Airports & Parcel Solutions) sales team, executive communications for APS leadership, and strategic stewardship of Vanderlande North America's internal and corporate communications. By working closely with executive leadership, human resources, market strategists, subject-matter experts, and content creators, I ensured Vanderlande had a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with its global business targets.
I held two positions during my employment at Georgia State University.
I was promoted from a staff graphic designer to a senior design coordinator. While in the roles, I ensured brand continuity across all printed content communications. Additionally, I designed visually appealing promotional material for multiple audiences across the university. I worked with the design team and creative director to support creative efforts such as web banners and online promotional assets, including social media, ads, student events, and special projects. Within a year, I was promoted to design coordinator.
TerpLyfe hired me to create an outreach and communications strategy to increase awareness within the deaf community. I worked directly with the founder, board members, and clients to develop a targeted communications strategy.
As the Operations Manager, I managed all plant printing and bindery operations and oversaw client projects with average daily quantities of 1.7 million mail pieces. I supervised all employee disciplinary and training programs and plant improvement projects. I improved operational and budget transparency by consolidating daily/weekly production into summary reports for management and sales teams. Work directly with executive management & external customers as a knowledge expert on all mailing and variable print campaign requirements.
